yes,
peach

27 Apr 2010

you're inventing machines to chase waves

while I chase winds myself
barefeet in morning rain

I cry sitting in the cloud
and let nettles sting me more

I wait for boats
to never get on them

22 Apr 2010

expelled from my life

you find shelter in my dreams
where I secretly lust for you

21 Apr 2010

I do know how to try

ashes to ashes

from frosty morning grounds

one by one

I pick your tears

together with the ashes

I fly 'em into deep waters

I pick

your wails

that echo
from mountains

to valleys

over the bay

across the waters

I string 'em with the wind

hang 'em between the two seasons

and wait

for the sunset to take us all

23 Mar 2010

when

the moon's in my left eye
and the sun is in my right one
birds're flying from one to another

my world is so small

15 Mar 2010

when rain hesitates to come
I wash the bay with my own hands

I rinse clouds
rise trees
swirl down with streams
glide round with gannets

when rain hesitates to come

*

I go your way

you go mine

everything's light

yesterday I was asleep
today I weigh my heavy dreams and I weigh yours too

I also weigh my worries and my cups of tea
then I weigh my fears and add some sour tears

I weigh my meals, my clothes, my plants, my dog
and add a pinch of loneliness

tomorrow I'll weigh my doubts, my questions, my hopes,
my cigarettes, my empty shopping bags

the day after tomorrow I'll be asleep again

the swell is big

it goes over me
under
even inside

little rolled balls of darkness fall in
and disappear

oh, do I fear darkness
oh, do I fear depth

I climb up the mountain
and reach the valley
where people go to die
where silence takes over
where darkness is not present in such light

the swell is big
it washes the valley
it washes me

20 Jan 2010

over the bay many suns set

the wings and the horseshoes
remain

16 Jan 2010

when the horses disappear into the cloud

I rest my head on a stone
lay myself on the ground
and listen

8 Jan 2010

I stared through the window and waited for the rain to start. I could see it soaking the mountains and messing up the glassy surface of the bay, eventually it took over the horses and the neighbour's house

still I sat there at the window and waited for the rain to come
here

but snow came instead

it's deep
my mind
and

my search
is

and
the forests

are
deep

there

I'll tie
my
slender hands

to you
